Serving At Camp Okoboji

Ephesians 4:12 states that God has prepared and equipped us for service in order to build up the body of Christ. Camp Okoboji would not exist were it not for the dedicated and loving people who offer their talents and time for the benefit of Jesus at the Lake.

Volunteers play a role in nearly every aspect of camp, from Camp Board leadership to preparing Camp Okoboji for guests. Volunteerism also takes a variety of forms, from helping with a mailing to doing light construction. The only common denominator is a willing heart and love for Camp Okoboji.

Contact the Camp Office to share your talents and abilities and to be placed on a contact list.

If you or a group from your congregation would like to help out at camp, we have several opportunities to make this happen. The list below is just a few tasks we need completed. Thrivent Financial Action Teams can also play a big role in helping accomplish projects.  If you would like to help us out, contact the Camp Office at 712-337-3325.
